Thank you to all 20 Teams who braved the elements today to fish the RI TBF State Team Open at Beach Pond. We had some big fish brought to the scales today and 1 fish that was less than a pound from breaking the RI State record!! The fish was caught by TBF Vice president John Candelmo who volunteered to take the camera man from fishing the Ocean State so they could film the event. The fish weighed in at 9.44lbs!!! We also has a 7.43, a 6.48 and 2 5.40's! Thanks to the entire State Team and all the anglers today! Here are the top 5 finishes:
1st place Molineau and Molineau with 4 fish for 13.33 with a 5.40 kicker 2nd place Mcgahan and Luman with 5 fish for 12.74 with Lunker 7.43lbs! 3rd place Proia and Warhurst with 5 fish for 11.12 with a 6.48lb kicker 4th place Balasco and St Angelo 5 fish for 5.66 5th place Verry and Castro 3 fish for 5.10
