Kickin it off at Roger Williams park 10/17 7-3 $30 entry fee per angler 5 fish limit per boat. 2 in a boat ok. 80% payback with 20% going to the 2011 state team depending if we draw enough boats. Less than 8 entrees will be 100% payback. Less than 5 entrees will be winner take all and lunker will be paid accordingly. Breakdown 20 towards winning pot, 5 towards lunker, 5 to the state team.
